Frozen Supper Club

The Mitigokan is a fictional supper club found somewhere on the boarder of what was once called Minnesota and Wisconsin but now known as the North States. The North States consist of a homogenized Minnesota, Wisconsin and the upper peninsula of Michigan after an early land act was passed to give back land to Native Americans.
